Michael A. Hadjigiovanni is a senior lawyer and Head of the Litigation Department at the Paphos offices. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial disputes, mediation, and disputes arising across all areas of civil litigation, including employment litigation, administrative litigation, and rent control litigation. He has built a strong reputation for representing clients in complex and high-stakes matters, effectively managing legal risk, and delivering practical, business-focused solutions.

Throughout his career, he has advised a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from private individuals to multinational corporations, across a broad spectrum of general civil areas of law, including administrative law, employment law, rent control law, banking disputes, and property and construction matters. Furthermore, he is also a Certified Mediator for Commercial Disputes representing clients in mediation proceedings at Government Departments including Municipalities, Department of Labour, Welfare & Social Insurance and meetings with Trade Unions.
