Michael A. Hadjigiovanni is a Senior Lawyer and Head of the Litigation Department at the firm’s Paphos office. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial disputes, mediation, and a broad range of civil litigation matters, including employment litigation, administrative litigation, rent control litigation, banking disputes, and property and construction matters. He is also a Certified Mediator for Commercial Disputes, representing clients in mediation proceedings before government departments, municipalities, the Department of Labour, Welfare and Social Insurance Services, and in meetings with trade unions.
