FOUNDING PARTNER
Michael Kyprianou was the founding partner of our firm. Until 1991, Michael Kyprianou held the post of Senior Counsel working at the office of the Attorney General of the Republic of Cyprus.
He ended this aspect of his career with the landmark case of the Republic of Cyprus and the Autocephalous Greek Orthodox Church of Cyprus against Goldberg and Feldman Fine Arts Inc, successfully obtaining an order for the return of the stolen 4th century rare artefacts from a vandalised church at Lythrangomi village.
In 1991, he resigned from his position with the Government to be elected as a Member of the House of Representatives and served as a member at various committees of the House including the chairmanship of the Committee of Commerce, Industry and Tourism.

August 2015
A survey carried out by the local financial magazine Gold ranks the firm as fifth largest in Cyprus in terms of size.
October 2015
The Kyiv office begins its operations. Dmitry Perevoschykov becomes a partner in Michael Kyprianou Law Firm (Ukraine) which is responsible for the Ukraine operations of the firm.
February 2016
The firm is awarded the prestigious export award for services by the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the year 2014.

The London office begins its operations.
January 2019
Marina Hadjisoteriou becomes a partner at the firm.

Ioanna Solomou, Esme Palas and Lorena Charalambous become partners at the firm.

Christos Galanos and Eleni Drakou become partners at the firm.

The Frankfurt office begins its operations. Benjamin Hasan becomes a partner at the firm, heading the office in Germany.
August 2022
A survey carried out by the local business magazine GOLD ranks the firm as second largest in Cyprus in terms of size.
January 2023
Constantina Zantira becomes a partner at the firm.
March 2023
The Tel Aviv office begins its operations. Gilad Tuffias becomes a partner at the firm, heading the office in Israel.
