Michael A. Hadjigiovanni is a Senior Lawyer and Head of the Litigation Department at the firm’s Paphos office. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial disputes, mediation, and a broad range of civil litigation matters, including employment litigation, administrative litigation, rent control litigation, banking disputes, and property and construction matters. He is also a Certified Mediator for Commercial Disputes, representing clients in mediation proceedings before government departments, municipalities, the Department of Labour, Welfare and Social Insurance Services, and in meetings with trade unions.

He has extensive experience in advising and representing both private individuals and corporate clients in complex civil and commercial disputes, with a particular focus on managing legal risk and delivering practical, business-oriented solutions.
