Andria Kouloumi is a Senior Associate and is part of our Corporate and Commercial team. She has been with the firm since 2017 and is based at our offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
She specialises in corporate, commercial and maritime law, with a particular focus on shipping companies and international corporate structures.
Her maritime practice covers a broad range of matters, including Cyprus-flag vessel registrations, re-flagging, and the operational and regulatory aspects of Cyprus-flagged vessels, such as crewing, security, exemptions and compliance. She also advises prominent shipping groups on corporate restructurings, acquisitions and cross-border transactions, including mergers, re-domiciliations and legal due diligence.
In addition, Andria advises on corporate and commercial matters, including shareholder arrangements, transactional structuring and regulatory compliance for Cyprus Investment Firms. She is CySEC certified, having successfully completed the Advanced Examination. Her practice also covers employment and migration law, where she provides practical, business-oriented advice.
