Nicoletta Charalambous is a Senior Associate in the Litigation team and is based at the firm's Paphos office.

Nicoletta advises and represents both corporate and private clients before the Cyprus Courts across a broad spectrum of contentious matters, in commercial litigation, banking disputes, employment law, administrative law and tort law. Through her practice Nicoletta has obtained particular experience in commercial and banking litigation, debt recovery, employment-related disputes and property and tenancy matters.

Further to the above, Nicoletta also frequently advises clients on probate and estate administration and the preparation of European Certificates of Succession.
