Stephanos Ayiomamitis
Stephanos has been licensed under the Cyprus Bar Association since 2012 and has been practicing his profession since then.
Stephanos has a diverse professional background. Working for three years as a litigation lawyer mainly dealing with civil and criminal cases gave him strong foundations as to how the law applies which reflected in better understanding how to draft commercial contracts such as share purchase agreements, property purchase agreements and business agreements. For almost four years he worked as an internal legal advisor in one of the biggest Insurance Companies in Cyprus and in a multinational Trust and Fund Administration services organization where he gained experience in the Corporate and Fund sector. In addition, working for two years as a Compliance Officer in a Cypriot Investment Firm he gained experience in the Anti-Money Laundering law regime as well as to the interpretation of CySEC directives and/or circulars.
Stephanos is a Partner, based in our Limassol office.
