We are pleased to announce that partners, Lorena Charalambous and Kyriakos Constantinou, have recently received their license from the Cyprus Bar Association and the Insolvency Department to act as Insolvency Practitioners.

Under the insolvency legal framework applicable in Cyprus, only licensed insolvency practitioners can be appointed and act as liquidators, temporary liquidators, receivers, administrators or examiners of legal persons and as bankruptcy administrators, temporary receivers of the property or special administrators of the property or business or as consultants for personal repayment plans of natural persons. The license enables both members of our firm to provide the required services to our clients and recognizes their pre-existing experience and knowledge in advising and assisting in insolvency matters.
