Marina Hadjisoteriou, Partner, has attended the XXVth Congress of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) which was held in Edinburgh, Scotland, during 18-21 September 2022.
ICCA is a worldwide nongovernmental organisation (NGO) devoted to promoting the use and improving the processes of arbitration, conciliation and other forms of resolving international commercial disputes.
ICCA Edinburgh 2022 entitled ‘Arbitration’s Age of Enlightenment?’ was the largest Congress in the history of the event, and indeed the largest legal conference ever to have been held in Scotland with more than 1,300 members of the international arbitration community in attendance.
