Polina has been recognized as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ in 2025 and as a ‘Key Lawyer’ for Real Estate and Construction in 2026 by the Legal 500.

Polina is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate and Immigration team and has expertise in immovable property law, where she advises both international and domestic clients on real estate matters in Cyprus. Her practice primarily involves the acquisition and conveyancing of both newly built and resale properties. Polina has acted on behalf of clients investing in large-scale developments in Cyprus, as well as those acquiring prominent and high-value properties. She regularly represents clients in real estate contracts and transactions involving the sale, lease, and development of residential and commercial assets.

Polina has an in-depth knowledge of Cyprus immigration law and has assisted clients through resolving issues with their immigration related issues. She regularly advises clients on their immigration matters including applications for obtaining Cyprus citizenship and/or residency. In addition, she assists international corporations with their relocation to Cyprus, offering comprehensive support on corporate establishment and employee relocation, including the posting of workers. She also provides guidance to individuals on private client matters, including inheritance planning, corporate matters and tax-related matters.

Polina has taken part in international conferences abroad and has contributed as a panelist at a global conference held in China, where she discussed the Cyprus Residence Permit Programmes.

Polina is a member of the ULI (Urban Land Institute) Greece & Cyprus Young Leaders (under 35) Committee.
