Piotr Borowiecki is a member of Warsaw Bar Association since 2016. He is experienced litigation lawyer, representing business and individual clients in various civil proceedings with focus on claims against insurance companies. In addition he is also a defense lawyer in criminal cases.

In his professional practice, he analyzes cases referred to him prior to the initiation of court proceedings, and also comprehensively represents clients after their initiation, appearing at hearings and drafting pleadings.

The cases he handles include, in particular, disputes against insurance companies related to claims for compensation for car accidents and non-compulsory insurance.
