Marta Halkiewicz is a Warsaw-based lawyer and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association since 2019.

She represents both business and individual clients in civil, commercial and registration proceedings. Marta has extensive experience in litigation, including compensation claims and personal injury cases.

She also advises on commercial company law, with a particular focus on company registration proceedings, supporting entrepreneurs at every stage of setting up and running their businesses in Poland.
