Joeline is an enthusiastic and driven Junior Associate at MK Fintech Partners Ltd, where she supports clients across a range of fintech and financial services matters, with a particular focus on licensing processes, regulatory compliance and project management.

Prior to joining MK Fintech Partners, Joeline gained valuable experience at both Deloitte and PwC. At Deloitte, she specialised in Tax Advisory with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, developing strong expertise in complex group structures and tax strategy. She later joined PwC’s Banking Advisory team, where she contributed to macroeconomic and ESG research for a diverse client base.

Joeline holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Banking and is currently reading for a Master of Arts in Financial Services Law at the University of Malta.

Outside of her professional career, Joeline is a volleyball player and has proudly represented Malta twice at national level. Her commitment to sport reflects her strong discipline, teamwork, and drive for excellence.
