Eleni specializes in immovable property law and assists international and local clients with their real estate matters in Cyprus. She focuses on property purchase and conveyancing of new and resale properties. She often represents clients in real estate agreements, transactions and joint ventures for the sale, rental and construction of residential and commercial properties. She has acted for clients who have invested in large scale projects in Cyprus as well as for clients who have acquired landmark properties.
Eleni has an extensive experience on immigration law. She regularly advises clients on their immigration matters including applications for obtaining Cyprus citizenship and/or residency. She also advises individuals on private client matters including estate planning, succession planning, banking, taxation and corporate matters. Her practice focuses on strategic planning for business growth in Cyprus and abroad.
She has participated in panels abroad (Los Angeles – USA, Beijing – China) and international conferences where she has presented the Cyprus investment schemes. She has contributed in international legal and tax guides analyzing the Cyprus regulations on private client matters (Legal 500 Country Comparative Guide: Private Client, January 2020 and Chambers Global Practice Guides, 2019).
