She has been involved in several multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes, including proceedings relating to the recognition and enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitral awards in Cyprus.

Acted in proceedings seeking the Court’s leave for a third party to intervene as an interested party in order to oppose and/or amend aspects of a multi-million worldwide freezing order issued in the context of fraud allegations against an individual and several Cypriot companies.
Was part of the team handling a civil claim which our firm was instructed to file against a Cyprus investment company on behalf of another Cyprus investment company to recover the amount of USD 7.408.937,13 for breach of a financial services agreement. In the context of the claim our firm successfully obtained an interim freezing order on an ex-parte basis for the preservation of the above amount.
Acted on behalf of a marine research institute in relation to claims against a former employee and his company for misuse of intellectual property, misappropriation of confidential information and trade secrets, breach of contract and data protection violations, including applications for urgent interim injunctive relief seeking prohibitory and mandatory orders to restrain the use and disclosure of proprietary research and customer data and to secure disclosure of the extent of the alleged misuse.
Acted in a civil claim brought against two Cyprus companies for damages of almost EUR 2 million plus exemplary and other damages for breach of contract for the provision of architectural services and opposing an interim application for freezing orders for the preservation of the above amount.
Acted for a natural person and his affiliated companies, an international trading group specialising in the trade of virgin and re-refined base oils, in defending a €6 million civil claim involving allegations of defamation, breach of confidential and commercial information and unlawful interference with business relations, raising complex issues relating to commercial defamation, confidentiality obligations and competitive conduct in an international trading context.
Represented a regulated Cyprus-based investment company in a dispute involving the impact of EU, US and UK sanctions on custodial transfers of a multimillion-dollar securities portfolio.
