She specializes in Asset Tracing and Recovery, Cross-Border Commercial Litigation, Corporate Disputes involving Shareholder Disputes, Corporate Fraud as well as Professional Negligence, including Medical Negligence and Employment matters.
Constantina is regularly instructed to represent clients in injunction proceedings in high-profile disputes of wealthy individuals or entities, often with a cross-border, multi-jurisdictional element. She is also involved in cases seeking the recognition, registration and enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitral awards on behalf of foreign international companies and organizations in Cyprus. She is regularly instructed to provide services and represent clients before the Courts by major insurance companies and banking institutions in Cyprus.

Experience
Successfully acted in interim proceedings brought in the context of a liquidation application against a Cyprus company on the basis of the alleged oppression of the minority shareholder. The interim proceedings aimed at the appointment of an interim receiver and administrator of the Cyprus company and a number of Ukrainian subsidiary companies, the preservation of the assets of the Cyprus company and the issuance of disclosure orders.
Successfully acted in a complex white-collar private criminal case on behalf of a regulated Cyprus Investment Firm brought by a foreign investor, claiming that the company fraudulently misappropriated funds on the basis of false representations and induced the investor to invest funds in order to defraud him and illegally appropriate funds. After a substantive hearing the clients were acquitted of all counts.
Successfully obtained injunctive relief on a quia timet basis, aiming at protecting the foreign assets of a Cypriot company.
Successfully obtained injunctive orders in support of arbitration proceedings in another jurisdiction, aiming to protect the assets of a Cyprus company as well as preserving its shareholding and governance structure.
Successfully quashed an interim order at Supreme Court level and dismissed on its merits a claim brought against a regulated Cyprus Investment Firm by a third country national who claimed that funds were fraudulently appropriated.
