Since its foundation in 1999 the law firm of Michael Kyprianou & Co. LLC has grown rapidly and is currently comprised of a team of around 80 professionals located internationally in Cyprus (Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos), Greece (Athens, Thessaloniki), Malta (Birkirkara) and now in the Ukraine (Kiev).
The Ukrainian office provides legal services in Ukrainian and Cyprus law with a focus on corporate law, international tax planning, currency control, intellectual property, real estate, immigration, as well as litigation and arbitration.

The Kiev office is headed by Mr. Dmitry Perevozchykov (LLM).
