Khamis is a Partner in our Corporate and Commercial team in Dubai. He has wide-ranging company and commercial experience, especially in corporate advisory, corporate restructuring and finance. He advises local and international clients regarding shareholder and joint venture agreements. He also has a niche specialism in immigration law and real estate.

In addition, he advises international banks and syndicates of banks in a wide range of finance transactions and he deals with facility agreements, secured and unsecured loans, guarantees, charges, pledge agreements and other security documents.

Within the United Arab Emirates (‘UAE’), Khamis advises clients in corporate matters, including free zone and offshore companies within the UAE and the licensing of Authorized Firms.
