Constantina Zantira, Partner, spoke at the AIJA Practical Complex Litigation Conference in London

Constantina Zantira, Partner, attended the AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers) Practical Complex Litigation Conference that took place in London on 17-19 October 2024, organised by the Litigation and Real Estate Commissions of AIJA.

The sessions explored the complexities, risks and challenges that arise in construction and real estate cases, the suitable alternative dispute resolution methods in cases of this nature and the current trends and innovations in construction litigation.

Constantina joined a panel of esteemed practitioners and experts in the field from various jurisdictions to analyse strategies on preparation and management of fact heavy cases with a focus on construction and real estate issues, from initial investigation to trial. The discussions evolved around preparation of such cases from the perspective of both experts and the lawyers involved, drafting pleadings in fact heavy cases, managing documentation with a focus on documents subject to disclosure and expert witnesses’ preparation.

AIJA is a global association of lawyers and in-house counsels with a community in over 100 jurisdictions. Our firm’s participation in such a successful event is an outstanding achievement.
