Bank resolution in Greece and Cyprus – A Comparative Analysis

On 8 and 9 November 2013 Ilias Tsintavis represented our firm at a conference held in Athens by AEDBF which is a European Banking Law Association to which our firm became a member.

The conference programme as well as the presentation delivered by Ilias called “Segmentation” of the single market as a result of the financial crisis – Bank resolution in Greece & Cyprus – a comparative analysis are attached.

Amongst the distinguished guests was also the ex prime minister of Greece Mr. George Papandreou (see photo).
