Khamis is a Partner in our Corporate and Commercial team in Dubai. He has wide-ranging company and commercial experience, especially in corporate advisory, corporate restructuring and finance. He advises local and international clients regarding shareholder and joint venture agreements. He also has a niche specialism in immigration law and real estate.
