Following the Conference in Constantinople (June 2024) on the «Influences of Ottoman Land Law on the National Cadastre Law», the 27th collective volume of the Cadastral Law Library has been published by ΕΚΔΟΣΕΙΣ ΣΑΚΚΟΥΛΑ — SAKKOULAS PUBLICATIONS, under the editing of Professor Diamantopoulos (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki).
This collective work covers timely issues in both substantive and procedural law under the Ottoman Land Law, where Maria-Fanouria Papantonaki, Associate at the Athens Office, has contributed to this volume with her paper on the enforceability of Ottoman court rulings and the possibility of rehearing in cadastral litigation, titled: «Validity/effect of Ottoman court judgments in the newly established Greek State. The discovery of an Ottoman title as a ground for rehearing of a case».
