The 2024 Global Expo was concluded in Beijing between 9 – 10 October 2024. Insightful panels by leading immigration experts provided insights into the policies shaping the global investment migration industry.

Michael Kyprianou Law Firm was represented by Polina Polycarpou, Associate. Polina joined a panel amongst esteemed international speakers to discuss “Global Programs and Mobility Trends: Key factors to evaluate investment projects and markets for a second citizenship or residency”.  Polina and her co-panellists had the opportunity to share their perspectives and to engage in a lively discourse on global programs, mobility trends and the dynamic global real estate industry.

During the panel discussion, Polina discussed about the Cyprus immigration policy, the current regulations and the recent changes in the immigration law. She also reflected on the mobility trends and the opportunities of the Cypriot real estate sector.
