The provisions of Regulation 650/2012

Constantina Zantira, Associate of the firm, attended the lecture titled «The new European succession law: the provisions of Regulation 650/2012» held on 3/12/2015. The lecture was delivered by Prof. Achilles C. Emilianides who provided a thorough analysis of the provisions of the Regulation 650/2012 which currently governs the European succession law as of 17th August 2015.
