Kyriakos Constantinou is a Cyprus lawyer and Partner  in the Corporate and Finance team of Michael Kyprianou & Co LLC. He is based in Limassol, Cyprus. He joined the firm in 2016.

Kyriakos focuses on corporate and finance matters and advises local and international clients in relation to their business requirements. He specialises and has extensive experience in cross-border financing transactions and shipping financing transactions and his clients include international financial institutions and corporations as well as investors and high-net-worth individuals. Kyriakos is also involved in corporate law matters, including joint ventures and cross border mergers and he has experience in advising clients in relation to real estate and Sports Law matters Kyriakos is registered as Insolvency Practitioner  having passed the exams on 2023.
