Katerina Isaakidou is an Associate in the Litigation Department of Michael Kyprianou Law Firm, based at the firm’s Paphos office. Her practice focuses on dispute resolution, debt recovery and the enforcement of intellectual property rights, representing both local and international clients across a broad range of contentious matters.

Katerina advises clients throughout all stages of litigation, from pre-action strategy and the preparation of pleadings to interim applications, settlement negotiations and enforcement proceedings. She has particular experience in debt recovery, commercial disputes and the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, advising rights holders on copyright and related rights, pre-litigation enforcement strategies and legal proceedings against commercial infringers. Her practice includes representing international organisations and businesses in matters concerning the protection of intellectual property assets in Cyprus.
