Dr. Frederic Raue is a lawyer at our Frankfurt office (of Counsel) and is a dual board-certified expert lawyer for both labour law and criminal law (white collar crime).

In relation to labour law he represents employers, employees, work councils and executives across all areas of labor law. His expertise ranges from dismissals and warnings to severance negotiations, contract and non‑compete reviews, unpaid overtime and works council co‑determination.

In relation to criminal law, Dr. Frederic Raue is an experienced litigator who advises and represents clients in white-collar crimes. Ranging from tax offences to extradition, corporate and labor criminal law, compliance and internal investigations.

In his doctoral thesis Frederic investigated tax amnesties, self-incrimination of tax violations and the constitutional assessment of amnesty laws.

Before joining our firm, Frederic was a founding member of a Frankfurt based boutique law firm.
