Eirini Nikolaidi is an attorney-at-law, a member of the Athens Bar Association, and an accredited mediator certified by the Hellenic Ministry of Justice. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Democritus University of Thrace in 2020 and holds an LL.M. in Private Law and Business Transactions from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She has over three years of legal practice and experience appearing before Greek courts. Her practice focuses on civil, commercial, criminal, and immigration law, as well as Golden Visa applications, citizenship matters, real estate due diligence, enforcement proceedings, and debt settlement.

Eirini advises clients, drafts legal pleadings, and represents individuals and businesses before judicial and administrative authorities. She approaches each case with strategic insight, procedural precision, and a strong commitment to protecting her clients’ interests.
