Christos is a member of the corporate and commercial team and has experience in various facets of corporate law, including the setting up and management of corporate structures, corporate restructuring and shareholders arrangement. He also advises private and institutional clients on private equity investments, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and mergers.

Christos is regularly called upon to advise financial institutions and investment funds in relation to a wide range of authorisation, regulatory and compliance matters on both, national and European regulations. As part of the financial regulatory practice of the firm, he also assists in the drafting of legal documentation, including, policies, offering memorandums and regulatory business plans for financial institutions and investment funds.

In addition, he has been involved in the takeover of various financial institutions and investment funds and assisted in both, the corporate part of the transaction which includes the drafting of share purchase and escrow agreements and acted as a point of contact for the relevant regulatory approvals.
