Antonia joined the Company in July 2020 and is a member of the Corporate and Commercial team in Limassol Office.

Antonia deals with the registration and administration of companies in Cyprus.

She also assists with the liquidation of companies in Cyprus and other jurisdictions and with the re-domiciliation procedure of companies into Cyprus and also from Cyprus to other jurisdictions.

She is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of companies, including preparing letters, resolutions, affidavits, organizing general meetings, arranging for notarization and legalization of documents through apostille, preparing applications and filing with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies, and opening of bank accounts.

In addition to her administrative duties, Antonia assists with applications to the Migration Department and Shipping Deputy Ministry.
