Tonia concentrates on banking and finance law by representing international corporations and financial institutions since 2002. Often instructed by Magic Circle firms and acts for international banks in relation to finance transactions and security agreements, she is frequently involved in ship and aviation finance, corporate and company law including reorganisations and M&A and regulated markets law.

She heads the Banking & Finance Department and the Corporate Department of the Limassol office.
