Machi is a Senior Associate at the Paphos office of Michael Kyprianou Law Firm.

She is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial team, advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including shareholders’ agreements and share purchase agreements. Her experience includes conducting legal due diligence, performing in-depth legal research, and providing comprehensive strategic advice on complex corporate transactions.

Machi also specialises in immovable property law, assisting both international and local clients with real estate matters in Cyprus. Her practice covers property acquisitions and conveyancing for new and resale properties. She regularly represents clients in real estate transactions, rental agreements, and construction projects involving residential and commercial properties.

In addition, Machi has extensive experience in immigration law. She advises clients on Cyprus citizenship and residency applications, as well as on private client matters, including estate planning and corporate structuring. Her approach focuses on strategic planning to support business growth in Cyprus and internationally.
