Our company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with knowledge of basic accounting procedures for a full-time or part-time position
Key Responsibilities
- Managing telephone communications and email correspondence
- Providing daily administrative and office support
- Issuing invoices and related documents
- Monitoring customer balances and following up on outstanding payments
- Filing and maintaining accounting and administrative records
- Coordinating with the accounting department and external partners
- Supporting payment and supplier-related procedures
Required Qualifications
- Higher education degree (IEK, TEI, University degree or equivalent)
- Very good command of the English language
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in an office environment
- Basic knowledge of accounting and commercial administration procedures
- Experience in invoicing and monitoring customer balances
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional attitude, responsibility, and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
