The AIJA Half-Year November Conference, titled\u00a0\u201cIn Times of \u2018Polycrisis\u2019: Preparing for a Better Future through Resilience and Sport Values\u201d, took place\u00a0in Paris, France on 29 November – 2 December 2023.<\/p>\n

AIJA, being the only global association devoted to lawyers and in-house counsel aged 45 and under, welcomed more than 450 young lawyers\u00a0from all over the world at the conference to network, discuss core issues of their respective areas of practice, and to share their views and concerns on how to adapt to a constantly changing environment.<\/p>\n

Attendees had the opportunity to exchange ideas on how\u00a0to respond to new challenges and to prepare for a better future by building resilience in turbulent times, as well as discuss the importance of the growing sport entertainment industry, its role, economy and impact on everyday life and the inspiration of its universal values and ethics on delivering well balanced legal advice.<\/p>\n

The social events organized by AIJA during the conference provided for a unique experience and an even better opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and peers and to make new connections from around the\u00a0globe.<\/span><\/p>\n

The event was attended by\u00a0Andreas Lytras, Senior Associate at the firm specialising in dispute resolution and arbitration, representing Michael Kyprianou & Co LLC at the conference.<\/p>\n
