On November 13th, 2023 the Business Orientation Cyprus Conference was held in London.<\/p>\n

Esme Palas, Partner, represented the firm as a speaker and panellist on the topics of real estate, immigration and permanent residency in Cyprus at the event.<\/p>\n

As a Cyprus lawyer specialised in real estate and immigration law, Esme Palas offered her expertise and insights on those discussion topics during an interactive session with the Minister of Energy, Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. George Papanstasiou.<\/p>\n

Esme Palas stated: \u201cFollowing Brexit, Cyprus has recently seen an increased interest and influx of business people and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) to invest, relocate, and retire in Cyprus. A development that indicates a shift in demand and demographics of people coming from the UK, interested in making the island their home.\u201d<\/p>\n

The conference, organised by the Great Britain Cyprus Business Association, brought together investors, business people, and professional service providers. The event was attended by over 120 participants and offered valuable insights into the current market landscapes of Cyprus and the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n
