Eligibility
The following conditions allow for eligibility of the Malta Ordinary Residence:

Applicants should demonstrate financial independent, without the need of being subjected to the complex means eligibility testing system.
Must be EU and EEA nationals, as well as nationals of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. (Non-EU nationals will be able to submit application at the discretion of Local Authorities)
Must be able to provide evidence of a local residential address (by either purchasing or renting property in Malta)
