Maria Mesaritou deals with the registration and administration of companies in Cyprus. She also assists clients with the establishment of companies in other jurisdictions.

Maria is involved in the preparation of various documents relating to the companies under her portfolio, arranging for notarization and legalization of documents through apostille, preparation of applications and filing with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies, opening of bank accounts, dealing with bank payments, and liaising with any competent authority in respect of these matters.

She assists in projects concerning the re-domiciliation of companies into Cyprus, and from Cyprus to other jurisdictions.
