Michael Kyprianou & Co LLC participated in the first International Chamber of Commerce Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) Cyprus seminar, that took place on 31 May 2019 in Nicosia, Cyprus. The seminar focused on Procedure in International Arbitration, showing the differences in perspectives and expectations of parties and counsel coming from different backgrounds and the differences between three sets of rules; ICC Rules, IBA Rules and Prague Rules.
The speakers of the Seminar were leading arbitration experts and practitioners coming from different countries such as Russia, Ukraine, the United Kingdom and Lithuania.
