The European Securities Markets Authority (ESMA) has issued on 28th of September 2016 the responses to the Call for evidence in relation to Asset Segregation concerning the following stake holders:
- Depositaries of alternative investment funds and UCITS and their delegates (including prime brokers and collateral managers) and their trade associations
- Alternative investment funds and UCITS managers and their trade associations, as well as
- Institutional and retail investors investing into such funds and their associations
