The Nominated Advisor will advise the issuer in respect of its compliance with the rules and regulations of the Emerging Companies Market (E.C.M.) and more specifically will assess and present the issuer to the CSE ensuring that the listing requirements are fulfilled. The Nominated Advisor shall further represent the issuer through the listing procedure and provide advice to the issuer in respect of the compliance of the continuous obligations in the market.
