Rafaela is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department of the Athens office. She is tasked with advising clients about their legal rights and responsibilities in relation to corporate matters and ensuring that a company has complied with corporate laws and regulations.

She obtained a Law Degree (LLB) from the University of Cyprus in 2022 and admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2023.

She has experience in preparing legal documents for court proceedings, representing clients before the Court and giving legal advice in relation to Banking Law matters, Contract Law matters and Civil Law matters.
