The CAD took place in Limassol between 19-22 May 2024. The session covered, amongst others, the popularity of using technology in each jurisdiction, the use and impact of the digitalisation in arbitration proceedings, the benefits and risks associated with the use of Artificial Intelligence (\u2018AI\u2019) such as inherent biases, hallucinations, privacy and confidentiality issues. Additionally the speakers analysed and shared their experiences how they prepared when things might have gone wrong with technology during an arbitration procedure.
