Focusing on recent developments, it examines the primary processes and limitations for following and tracing fraudulently appropriated property, with due regard to the relevant legal rights and remedies, issues surrounding seizure and evidence rules.<\/p>\n

The Cyprus Chapter of The Asset Tracing and Recovery Review provides an overview of the topic, and offers insight on the legal rights and remedies available to victims of fraudulent activities to obtain compensation under the principals recognised by the Cyprus Courts.
