We are pleased to announce that Marina Hadjisoteriou, Partner and Head of Limassol Litigation of Michael Kyprianou & Co LLC and a Cyprus qualified lawyer, has been admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).

The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) was founded in London in 1915 and it is a leading professional membership organisation representing the interests of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practitioners worldwide.

CIArb’s main objective is to “promote and facilitate worldwide the determination of disputes by arbitration and alternative means of private resolution other than resolution by the court”.

CIArb has grown significantly in the last few years and it now has a community of more than 16,000 professional members across 149 countries.

Fellowship is the senior CIArb membership grade. In achieving this, Marina has demonstrated that she has been trained and tested to a globally-recognised high standard in International Arbitration.

Marina has advised and represented international clients in numerous cases over the years. She has been consistently ranked by the Legal 500 as a Leading Individual for Dispute Resolution in Cyprus and as an Asset Recovery specialist by Who’s Who Legal.
