Ioanna’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters and advises local and international clients in relation to their corporate and commercial matters, from shareholders agreements, and share purchase agreements to mergers, re-domiciliation of companies and all aspects relating to data protection and competition law. She has particular experience in advising Cyprus Investment Firms and funds, and on all regulatory aspects affecting Cyprus companies.
