Eleana Poulladou, Associate at the Limassol Litigation Department, was interviewed in the recent publication of Cyprus\u2019 business magazine GOLD as part of the September edition\u2019s title story \u201cRising Stars\u201d. The feature includes 14 selected successful millennial professionals of leading firms and businesses in Cyprus across various sectors, talking about the challenges and benefits in today\u2019s highly digitalised, multi-generational workplace.<\/p>\n

In her interview, Eleana states that: \u201d\u2026being a lawyer is not a purely advisory role anymore.\u201d, and stresses the importance of developing skills in negotiation, management and business development early on in one\u2019s career. She also points out that \u201cby embracing a millennial-friendly culture, law firms can motivate and retain top-level associates while improving productivity along the way\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

Eleana\u2019s main areas of practice are Asset Recovery, Cross-Border Commercial Litigation, International Arbitration and EU Competition Law. She has been recommended in The Legal 500 EMEA 2023 edition as a \u2018Rising Star<\/strong>\u2019 for Dispute Resolution in Cyprus.<\/p>\n

Her legal experience includes high-value, complex fraud and asset recovery litigation. Eleana has acted in several cases involving world-wide freezing orders, disclosure orders and other injunctions.<\/p>\n
