The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has issued Directive DI131-2014-05 regarding depositaries on Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) which is currently available only in Greek. The Directive provides the relevant operating conditions and requirements for depositaries acting according to the provisions of the Alternative Investments Law of 2014 as this has been amended.
