Avv. Diane Dimech has recently graduated as Master of Advocacy (LLD), right after graduating from a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree. Her professional interests range from Immigration to Corporate Law, as well as human rights and other similar legal areas.

Although still very young, Avv. Dimech has already garnered an enviable mount of experience. She originally started off her venture into the legal sphere by joining the aditus foundation as a legal intern, auspiciously shadowing more established lawyers during client meetings and legal groundwork. Furthermore, Avv Dimech also garnered valuable experience in conducting legal research for specific court cases and applied herself to take on various legal roles as per the foundation’s needs.

In addition, Avv Dimech held the position of Legal Associate within an established audit and accountancy firm, where she specifically worked within corporate and immigration practice areas. In fact, she took on significant responsibility in drafting loan agreements, compiling files for Malta Permanent Residence Programme (MPRP) applications, liaising with the Malta Business Registry (MBR) and other relevant authorities, as well as conducting legal research where required.

All in all, Avv. Dimech’s can-do attitude and relevant experience, together with her flexibility and ability to quickly adapt, surely bring a gainful addition to MK Malta Law Firm’s legal team.
