We are pleased to announce the upcoming webinar “Protecting your brand: Trademark & IP rights in the USA & Cyprus”. This will take place on Tuesday, 17th November at 5:00 p.m. Cyprus time (GMT+2). The duration of the webinar will be one hour, whereby the last fifteen minutes will be dedicated to Q & A. The webinar is free of charge. Lawyers wishing to attend will also be eligible and will obtain the relevant CPD units for the purposes of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Short Bio of the Speakers:

Agis is an Associate of our Litigation department as well as the Head of our Intellectual Property team in Cyprus. His litigation practice is quite wide and encompasses IP disputes, medical, corporate and civil matters. Agis also advises on all matters relating to intellectual property and assists clients in protecting, managing and enforcing their intellectual property rights. Agis is also an Accredited Mediator and an accredited Blockchain Business Analyst.

Stavros is an Associate attorney with JMP LLP, USA focusing on intellectual property prosecution and litigation, as well as corporate and civil litigation matters in New York. A former high-technology engineer, Stavros brings deep technical expertise to his clients, who range in all sizes, from small-scale start-ups to multinational corporations. He is passionate about helping innovators and businesses understand and protect their rights. Stavros holds a law degree from Boston University School of Law, as well as a degree in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
