David has obtained a law degree from the University of Malta and was also conferred a Bachelor of Law and a Diploma of Notary Public.

He then proceeded and obtained his doctorate of Laws after having defended his thesis entitled "Remote Gaming: An Analytical Appraisal of Changes Brought about by Jurisdiction, Practices and Case Law."

He is duly admitted by warrant granted under the public seal of Malta to practise the profession of advocate in Malta.

David focuses on Gaming Law, Corporate and Financial Law and International Tax Planning.
